No, it is linked to construction progress.

Price is subject to revision any time.

We have obtained all the required approvals. Construction has already commenced at site. We are expected to deliver the project in last quarter of 2015.
Are modifications permitted in the condominiums?

What is my responsibility for disbursement of installments through HFIs?
Demand notice for the due payment would be sent to you. You have to inform and instruct your bank to the payment to be done to developer.
Who will take care of the maintenance of DNR Atmosphere?
DNR would be taking care of the maintenance for the first year after completion. It will be managed by the Owners association later through DNR Corp or ay other agency
